The newest addition to the Hafa Adai Realty Familia, Derek San Nicolas Johnston brings his marketing and communications skills to the team.
Born and raised in the village of Talofofo, Derek brings the warmth of Guam’s southern hospitality to his work. A graduate from Father Duenas High School in 2001 and The University of Guam with a concentration in Marketing in 2007, he did not waste time in entering the industry. With 8 years of experience in retail and 15 years of sales experience at Moy Communications being the Senior Media Account Executive, Derek understands the value of relationships and delivering on his word.
Growing up on Guam, Derek has an intimate knowledge of the island, people, and culture which brings a special benefit when assisting clients. Derek is motivated to assist everyone with their real estate needs and learn along the way.
