Deeply rooted in the culture and traditions of Guam, Jodee C. Duenas brings her two decades of experience in real-estate combined with the local Hafa Adai spirit to serve her clients.
Born on Guam and raised in the villages of Barrigada and Mangilao, Jodee started working at an early age for her parents’ businesses. It was there where she learned the importance of work ethic and providing the best service for customers and clients while building lasting relationships. She earned her associates degree from the Guam Community College graduating near the top of her class. This awarded her the Merit scholarship to attend the University of Guam where she obtained her Bachelors in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
With 25 years of local real-estate experience, Jodees’ passion turned career has led her to servicing clients with various needs over the years. Her clientele being 85% referrals serves as a testament that her expertise and knowledge in Guam’s market has led to client satisfaction and exceeded expectations.
Although she embraces that real-estate is a 24/7 career, Jodee does enjoy travelling with her husband and 2 kids, baking, and trying different foods and cuisines. Being a local islander born and raised on Guam, Jodee brings the Hafa Adai spirit which includes the value of respect, cooperation and kindness to her new venture with Hafa Adai Realty. Now the “Broker in Charge” of a truly locally owned firm, she will continue to bring much needed real-estate advice and guidance to all clients looking to buy, sell, rent, or need property management.
